Depositing and withdrawing aren't the same list of methods here, and that trips people up. Sort it out before you fund your account, not after you've tried to cash out.

WhatThe facts
Minimum deposit$20 (or your currency's equivalent)
Account currencyLocked in at signup - you can't switch it after, so pick the right one up front.
ProcessingCard, Apple Pay and crypto deposits are usually credited straight away.

Getting money out

Confirmed withdrawal rails:

Bank transferCrypto
Card payouts depend on where your card was issued - both Visa and Mastercard restrict which countries their payout rails cover. If you're hoping to withdraw to a card, check with 24/7 live chat first rather than assuming it'll go through. Bank transfer and crypto are confirmed to work regardless.
WhatThe facts
Bank transfer payout time~3 banking days
Monthly withdrawal cap$50,000 per month (VIP exceptions possible); wins above $50,000 may be paid in monthly $50,000 installments
Progressive jackpotsAlways paid in full, no instalment cap.
Before you can withdrawYour deposit has to be wagered at least once - you can't deposit and immediately cash out untouched.
Closed-loop ruleWithdrawals go back the way the money came in - same method, same account. It's an anti-fraud thing, not Smokos being difficult.

Crypto, specifically

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether (USDT) are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.

Processing times for crypto aren't pinned down publicly yet, so we're not going to guess a number here - don't take '~1 hour' or similar claims you might see elsewhere as gospel.

Fees and the fine print

Standard deposits and withdrawals don't carry a Smokos fee. Two things worth knowing anyway: a bank transfer can pick up charges from an intermediary bank along the way (outside Smokos's control), and if an account sits completely inactive for 12 straight months, a small monthly admin fee kicks in on whatever balance is left - it stops the moment the balance hits zero or you come back and use the account. Big wins - over $10,000 in a single day - trigger some extra anti-fraud checks before payout. That's normal, not a sign anything's wrong.

Before your first withdrawal you'll need to clear a standard ID check (KYC) - that's covered in full on the safety and fair play page, not repeated here.

Questions people actually ask

Can I withdraw to the same card I deposited with?
It depends where your card was issued - Visa and Mastercard both restrict which countries their payout rails cover. Bank transfer and crypto are confirmed to work regardless; check with support before counting on a card payout.
Why can't I change my account currency?
It's locked in at signup. Worth getting right the first time, since there's no switching it later.
Is there a fee to deposit or withdraw?
No standard fee from Smokos either way. A bank transfer can pick up a charge from an intermediary bank outside Smokos's control, and a dormant account (12 months with zero activity) picks up a small monthly admin fee on any balance left sitting there.
How much can I withdraw?
$50,000 per month (VIP exceptions possible); wins above $50,000 may be paid in monthly $50,000 installments Progressive jackpots are the exception - those pay out in full, no instalments.
Why do I have to wager my deposit before withdrawing?
It stops deposit-and-immediately-cash-out abuse. Once you've placed at least one real-money bet with it, it's free to withdraw (KYC permitting).
